The free 90-day pilot
A free 90-day pilot on your own AI estate.
Your own agents, models and tools in one register, with owners and approvals, before you commit. A good fit if:
- You are a bank, an insurer or another regulated institution.
- You build AI on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Amazon Bedrock or both.
- You have a named sponsor for AI governance.
What we do and what you do
We provide
- Setup together with your team.
- A walkthrough of the architecture for your security team, before anything is installed.
- Configuration to your policies.
You provide
- A place to run it in your infrastructure.
- A read-only Entra app registration.
- A named pilot owner and some hours a week.
How the 90 days run
We agree the start date with you; six steps then lead to your decision.
Agree
The start date, and the success criteria in writing, before anything is installed.
Install
One signed release in your own infrastructure.
Connect
Microsoft Entra ID for your people, and read-only connectors for Copilot Studio and Amazon Bedrock.
Load
Your existing inventory from Excel or CSV, checked row by row before anything is registered.
Govern
The first assessments and approvals on the shipped workflows.
Decide
Measured together against the agreed criteria. Then you decide.
After the pilot
If you continue
You license at the founding-customer discount.
If you stop
We uninstall, and you owe nothing.
References
We name you as a reference only with your written agreement, and only after the agreed criteria are met.
What comes next: board and regulator reporting, shaped with our pilot partners.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes, for 90 days.
Does data leave our infrastructure?
It runs inside your infrastructure, and AI features are off until your administrator switches them on.
Can our security team review it first?
Yes. We walk your security team through the architecture before anything is installed.
Does Signoria sit between AI agents and their users?
No. It governs which agents may run and keeps the evidence; it does not intercept their traffic. Tools that watch agents at run time stay in place.
Does the AI approve or classify anything?
No. The AI suggests and explains why; a person decides. Where a fact is missing, the platform says so instead of guessing a risk tier.
Where does the organisation's data go?
It stays in the organisation's infrastructure. As shipped, nothing leaves the platform. The AI features are off; if an administrator switches them on, only the content they need goes to the AI provider the administrator sets up.
