About
Built by people who know what it takes to govern AI assets.
Signoria is an AI register for banks, insurers, payment firms and other organisations running AI across teams. It runs inside your own environment and records which agents, models and tools you run, who owns and approved each one, and what changed.
Why Signoria
In our conversations, the answers to the basic questions, which AI do we run, who approved it and what changed, often sit in spreadsheets spread across teams.
Supervisors, internal auditors and boards will ask those questions with growing force. Signoria gives you one place to answer them, built to the standard a regulated bank expects, so it holds up anywhere else too.
People decide, AI assists.
The AI suggests and explains. Approvals and classifications are always a person's.
Your data stays with you.
It runs in your own infrastructure, and its connectors only read.
Evidence that holds up.
Every decision is kept unchanged, with what it relied on, for any date an auditor asks about.

Kimmo Rytkönen
Founder
Kimmo has worked in fintech and banking for more than 20 years, mostly building businesses that regulators and auditors look at closely. He was using data and models to make decisions well before AI reached the boardroom, so he knows the questions that follow: who approved this, what data does it use, and can you prove it?
Those questions now apply to AI everywhere. Teams are building agents faster than anyone can track, often without IT or risk knowing. The technology isn't what's missing. What's missing is a reliable record of what exists, who owns it and what it touches. Kimmo founded Signoria to be that record, so organisations can keep adopting AI and still give an auditor a straight answer.
Signoria is developed by engineers with deep experience in AI and in building software for regulated environments.
